We thought some of the statistics on this graphic, by Vici Media, were interesting. Like that guns are used over 80 times more often in self defense than in homicide, accidents and suicides combined. Also that internationally America ranks #1 in gun ownership, 88.8 guns per 100 residents, but ranks a low #103 in intentional homicides, 4.8 per 100,000 residents. And that states that adopt conceal carry laws have reduced rates of crimes like murder and rape.
